They are fantastic
Did the biannual service on our HVAC. We've been using Superior for 8 years now and they are fantastic. Bought our new HVAC system from them last year and it's been a great. Highly recommend Superior. Just don't ask Joey to sing.!
They did exactly what they said they were going to do
They installed three new systems - our home is older and we needed total upgrades. They were prompt and did a great job. Great service with no glitches. They did exactly what they said they were going to do.
We have been very pleased with their work.
Put in in insulation for a condensation drain for a condo unit. Although it was not an emergency (didn't affect units working ability at all) they showed up within 24 hours to put in the drain for us. We were trying to sell the unit and the inspector said new rules required the drain line to be insulated. The gentleman who came checked it out and installed the pipe insulation in about 10 minutes. We have also had them install a unit in our home and have a maintenance agreement with them to service our unit yearly. We have been very pleased with their work.
Had my cool back in about an hour!
They did a thorough job checking both the inside and outside units. They topped off the Puron, but told me it didn't need much (unlike the company two years ago that charged me for 3 1/2 lbs). They came within the time frame specified; the only reason I marked them down to a B on punctuality was that I didn't receive the promised phone call telling me they were on the way.
We will continue to use them
They come out twice a year to check our heating and air conditioning systems. They do a really good job and we will continue to use them.

Called at 7:30am and the operator called back within 15 minutes. Service technician arrived about 9:00am. Cleaned the heat sensor and ignitor. Completed within 30 minutes. Very satisfied and would use again
