I normally do not leave reviews but this team really helped us out when our heating unit died. We were out of town and I checked on our house via an app and noticed that our house was at 53 degrees, it was set for 65 degrees. A quick trip back to our house revealed that what was wrong with our heat was beyond my repair abilities. I called Superior at 11 am, Joey responded and was at my house by 11:15 am. Our heat exchanger was cracked, (not repairable) Joey call a couple of people and found a replacement unit within 10 minutes. He and his team removed my old unit and installed a new unit before 5 pm the same day! What great team! Our house is now comfortable and I do not have to worry about frozen pipes in the coming 20 degree temperatures due to lack of heat! I highly recommend this team! We purchased a new air conditioning and furnace unit from Superior two years ago. It has worked great, but we had a small issue with a sensor a week ago. The technician called before he came and was there just as promised, right on time. He did an excellent job and was very informative and friendly. Then on Thanksgiving night our heat went out. It was uncomfortable for one cool night, so I called the following morning and an answering service answered, and was informed there was a man on call because of the Thanksgiving holiday long weekend. The technician returned my call after talking to the answering service and gave me an estimated time of arival. He called as promised before coming and was right on time again. He checked our system and found the problem immediately, a rat had chewed through a wire causing us the problem. All I can say about Superior Heating and Air, is they are a business of integrity and honesty. A rare commodity these days. Thank you Superior!!! Tom Kelly, Madison County
My wife and I returned home to find the house extremely warm. I called Superior at approximately 7:00 P.M. and Joey was at my house within the hour. He was very thorough and extremely professional. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the dual capacitor, washed the coils, and replenished the Freon. Over all a very good experience and I would gladly recommend Superior to any one. We just recently had to replace our entire system. We got quotes from most of the companies in town, Superior Heating & Air beat everyone, hands down. Joe is a great guy, Veteran and no BS. It can be hard to discern what you really need vs. what some companies want to sell you. What I liked most is he pointed out the builder flaws/short cuts and fixed them.
